Communication barriers with staff could really use some attention!!! It's frustrating not being able to understand or be understood. Weak water pressure in showers feels unacceptable!!! An upgrade is definitely needed for proper comfort.

Unique hotel, our stay was extra special.

the breakfast was varied, the food was tasty. the room we booked was perfect and good-sized with excellent airco, a nicely done bathroom and the facilities as advertised.

Unexpected challenges

The location was a highlight, with easy access to Faliraki's nightlife and a friendly welcome at check-in. Our premium room was spacious and cleaned regularly, ensuring comfort.

Unfortunately, other aspects were disappointing. We experienced issues with room cleanliness and amenities, including a lack of daily toiletries like shower gel. Street access was uninviting, especially at night.

The bed was super comfy and the fridge had a horrible smell.

The pool area was beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were always attentive, particularly appreciated as a senior traveler.

Finding the reception was a hassle at first, as it wasn't clearly marked, leading to confusion upon arrival. The room we received initially had unpleasant odors and an overall dated look, resembling a space more suited for detention than relaxation. The bathroom's lighting was dim. The cleanliness of the pool area left something to be desired, as it wasn't maintained regularly, and stray dogs wandering around were an off-putting sight. Finally, the breakfast selection lacked variety, with the same items on repeat and some dishes served cold, which might not satisfy those looking for a hearty start to their day.

The room was super comfy with a nice balcony, and the pool area was cozy where u could chill all day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's only a short walk to faliraki, so location was good too. Felt really at home here.

only downside was the air conditioning was a bit old and loud, and the shower leaked after use.

The location in Faliraki is peaceful, about a 10-minute walk from the nightlife area. The family that runs the hotel is cute. The pool area is clean and well-maintained. I appreciated having a private balcony in my room. It was a great spot to relax. Daily housekeeping kept the rooms super clean, with nice little touches like creative bed decorations. Breakfast had a good variety, although some items seemed a bit lacking in freshness, like the tomatoes and cucumbers. I had issues with inconsistent coffee quality during breakfast, which could definitely be better. The fridge in my room had an unpleasant smell, off-putting. It's a shame that no room cleaning happened on Sundays. This was unexpected especially for a longer stay. There were some minor hiccups, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

the air conditioning was old and a bit noisy. but the rooms were spacious and clean! and the pools were lovely, especially for the kids. breakfast had good variety and fresh options!

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

A good experience overall! The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, as did the accommodating staff. Despina, the owner. Exploring Faliraki was easy. It's just a short walk away. Just be cautious about the dark road at night!

Family relaxing retreat

We spent 7 nights in a spacious room that had a good terrace. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying, especially the Greek specialties, like the spinach pie! Plus, the hosts Mika and Mike were always helpful, suggesting places to visit, which we appreciated.

It was a bit pricey but still within reason.

We stayed in a premium double room, and it was really clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy, a huge plus. Loved the little extras like the daily housekeeping too! Just a heads up, the space felt a bit basic for a premium room, nothing too fancy.

the lovely family running the hotel made our business stay in Faliraki exceptional. Their kindness and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. They truly made us feel like family.

This place offers a fantastic stay with Olympic Holidays and has a perfect location for exploring bars and restaurants.
